RETURNS & REFUNDS

As for us it is an inconvenience, we do not accept any type of returns anymore.

However, we still can give you a refund or send you a replacement if the conditions below are not met.

REFUNDS】

By purchasing on our website, www.innstarshop.com, you agree not to ask for a refund before you have received the product, or later than 30 days after receiving it. If you request a refund before delivery, it will not be possible to make any type of refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be broke or damaged. 

There are certain situations where the refunds are not granted:

  • Any item that was received in perfect conditions but not needed anymore (as you won't be able to send it back);
  • Any refund requested while the parcel still in transit;     
  • Any refund requested 30 days after delivery;
  • Any order mistakenly made (we do not take any responsibilities for your mistakes as it is a customer responsibility to make sure that the order is correct before the checkout).

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank).

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS】

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially gone through. 
Next thing, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@innstarshop.com. 

ITEMS IN SALE】

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately items that were in sale cannot be refunded.

【REPLACEMENTS

 We only replace items that were defective, damaged or received in a complete different condition of what you ordered.

You will be able to make the amendments of your order contacting us at info@innstarshop.com, only if the item is not already been shipped.

GIFTS】

The same policy will be applied to gifts.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and was damaged or defective, we'll be giving you a gift credit for the same value of the item.

If the items wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, and was damaged or defective, we will send a refund to the gift giver for the same value of the item.
